Benefits of SSR120
The SSR120 provides these benefits:
Zero Trust Security (ZTS)—The SSR120 ensures ZTS by authenticating all routes and encrypting all session traffic. Applications, devices, or users cannot initiate any session that does not comply with the authentication policies and access rules. The SSR120 supports session Layer 2 through Layer 5 stateful firewall functions, including DoS/DDoS protection, NAT, encryption, VPN, and traffic filtering.
Adaptive encryption—The SSR120 automatically detects traffic encrypted using HTTPs or IPSec and does not reencrypt such traffic. This capability results in improved performance and reduced overhead due to double encryption.
Multipath routing and failsafe service delivery—Application and policy-based multipath routing, intelligent path monitoring, and application delivery capabilities with no loss ensure that application traffic is optimized across multiple paths and delivered despite failures.
Wireless WAN support—In addition to Ethernet connections, Wireless WAN support through the LTE module provides more flexibility in deployments.
